Some organizations that are making a major impact on the giant pandas situation are World Wildlife fund, Cheng Du Research Base of Panda Breeding and many more. These organizations fight to change laws to protect these endangered animals. They also take in injured or hungry animals to nurse or feed them back to health. Some of the organizations such as Cheng Du Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding takes pandas in and breeds them so the population of pandas can continue to grow. World Wildlife Fund or WWF first started to help the giant pandas in the 1980's, just 10 years before they officially were considered endangered species. WWF not only helps giant pandas by enforcing laws, but they also educate people about the giant pandas situation and they spread the word to get people to end the giant pandas endangerment. World Wildlife Fund as an organization has 6,000 staff, about 71 experts and over 8 million activists throughout 100 countries. They also have multiple partnerships with businesses such as Coca-Cola and Royal Carribean Cruises Ltd.
